Nordic Walking

For families, senior citizens, active sportsmen, and anyone who wants to simply enjoy life - everyone will enjoy Nordic Walking in the Nature.Fitness.Park, at the foot of the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones in the Dolomites, stretching from Pfalzen/Falzes, Bruneck/Brunico, Olang/Valdaora, all the way to Rasen/Rasun in the Anholz/Anterselva Valley - the greatest one in Europe.

The park offers more than 280 km of posted trails, including numerous light and medium routes, so that you kind enjoy this modern sport to your heart`s content - in the magnificent natural splendor of the Puster Valley and the Dolomites.

Instructors offer a variety of routes and classes (including carbon poles and cardiometers.). The range of classes includes introductory workshops, Nordic Walking beginner`s courses, light Nordic Walking routes, High Nordic Walking Days, and many other options.

• Wednesday: get to know Valdaora by walking - old venetian sawmill "Lippa"
• Thursday: get to know Valdaora by walking - Valdaora di Sopra & Böden
• Friday: get to know Valdaora by walking - Alp Tour
• including the necessary equipment
